Great nutritional information here and I have no doubt that it will be especially helpful for those that are looking to make the most out of the holiday season.
please update nutritional profiles to include Mycelium protein such as made by Meati Foods’ products. Just tried their Crispy Cutlets and taste /texture of chicken breast without all the additives found in the other meat alternatives. I like taste/texture of Beyond Meat product but not the fillers…
