It was great to hear the segment about hemp oil and omega 3 fatty acids. There are endless benefits for both of those products so it’s good to see them getting the publicity they deserve. I would love to try that buttery hemp oil spread on my toast in the morning, great way to start the day!
Peppermint oil is something that I have not tried, but I do like peppermint. After seeing this video, I am going to try get some peppermint and put a little drop of it into my tea every morning.
Nice video. I was happy to hear Dr Oz cover the benefits of Omega 3 and peppermint oil. I take about 1000mg of omega 3 oil daily and also put a couple of peppermint oil drops into my tea from time to time 🙂
