  1. On a related note, you mention taking in protein after a good workout. With the time say, a steak, takes to digest, would it be best to eat it before a workout? If so, how long beforehand?

  2. A lot of people do not absorb their multivitamins properly. Studies show in liquid form they are absorbed much more efficiently. This is a good reason to drink your vitamins!
