I would have to say that as a kid growing up diagnosed with ADHD, my mother adopted the no dye diet and I managed quite well with no Ritalin. We did do a lot of focus work and practice with attention. I can’t attribute it solely to the dye free childhood but I can say I am sure it didn’t hurt!
