It was great to hear the segment about hemp oil and omega 3 fatty acids. There are endless benefits for both of those products so it’s good to see them getting the publicity they deserve. I would love to try that buttery hemp oil spread on my toast in the morning, great way to start the day!

Peppermint oil is something that I have not tried, but I do like peppermint. After seeing this video, I am going to try get some peppermint and put a little drop of it into my tea every morning.

Nice video. I was happy to hear Dr Oz cover the benefits of Omega 3 and peppermint oil. I take about 1000mg of omega 3 oil daily and also put a couple of peppermint oil drops into my tea from time to time :)

Oooh, peppermint oil…I need to try it. My digestive system is in a mess. My family loves avocado. I wonder if you get the same benefits of avocado oil just by eating avocado.

Great, hearing more informations about Omega 3 fatty acids. I usually take Omega 3 Acids from fish or fish oil capsules to prevent from macular degeneration in future. There are also lots of more benefits for people that tend to work out a lot. Thanks for sharing!
